My wife and I had a wonderful home search and closing experience with your agent in Carmel/Monterey, Mr. Glen Alder. We were relocated by IBM Corporation from an overseas location in South America. Although we are pretty familiar with the local culture since we are US citizens and permanent residents, working with Glen was a different business engagement. Some realtors tend to sound professional and pretend to be charming, but after “scratching the surface” a bit, they just reveal as mostly superficial and of little true value-add for educated business decision-making and solid professional advice.
