Architectural Digest Featured – Architects Loft
In the world of architecture, reference to the “Los Angeles 12” has significant meaning. Jerrold Lomax, F.A.I.A., along with names such as Craig Ellwood, John Lautner, Cesar Pelli and Frank Gehry are part of the fabric of L.A. architecture. Among his many designs Lomax had a major role in Case Study Houses # 17 and # 18 in the 1950’s. Lomax’s sketch of # 17 graces the cover of Taschen’s Case Study Houses book.
